You saved it for later. Whileaway knows when later is.
Watch Later, the podcast queue, the tabs you meant to read. Tell Whileaway what you're doing and how long you have, and it picks what fits from what you already saved.
Twenty minutes and a walk. Here's what to play.
Pick your moment and how long you have. Whileaway picks from your own saved videos, podcasts and articles, and only what fits.
Choose the drive's podcast before you pull out.
Tell Whileaway how long the trip is. It lines up something from your own saves that fits, so you're not scrolling at a red light.
What are you doing?
How long do you have?
A sample library. In the app, it's the things you saved.
Saving is easy. Getting back to it isn't.
Every app has a save button. None of them know you're about to walk the dog for twenty minutes.
So the pile grows, and when the moment comes you scroll for something to play until the moment is gone.

How it works
-
Save from the app you're in
Tap Share in YouTube, Spotify or Safari and pick Whileaway. That's the whole habit.
-
Say what you're doing
Walking, commuting, cooking or driving, and how many minutes you have.
-
Play what fits
Whileaway sorts your saves into what fits that window, including the long episode you can pick back up. It opens in the app you already use.
Founding members
Whileaway will cost $49.99 a year after a 14-day free trial.
People who join the beta and tell us what's broken become founding members, with a launch offer we'll send before the App Store release.
Is it on Android?
Not yet. The beta is iPhone only. Leave your email and pick Android in the next step, so we know how many of you are waiting.
Does it replace Spotify or YouTube?
No. Whileaway doesn't play anything. It decides what to play and opens it in the app you already use.
Do I have to connect my accounts?
No. You share links into Whileaway. It never signs in to YouTube or Spotify for you.
What happens to my email?
We use it to send your beta invite and launch news, nothing else, and we don't share it. Email hello@getwhileaway.com and we'll delete it.
